You acknowledge that Company is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Children’s Online Privacy Protection: You may only use the Website if you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The Linked Websites are not under the control of Company and Company is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Website. Any terms, conditions, warranties or representations included in the Linked Websites are solely between you and the providers of the Linked Websites. You cannot rely on our Terms and/or our Privacy Policy to govern your use of another Website. Certain services made available via the Website are delivered by third parties. By using any product/service originating from the Website, you acknowledge and consent that Company may share such information and data with any third party with whom Company has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product/service on behalf of Website’s users and customers.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website strictly in accordance with these terms.

Currency: All sales are billed in USD.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns on products and our programs, including coaching.

Installment Payment Policy: We reserve the right to remove access to all groups, programs and materials should any automatic monthly payments decline. If payments are late we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from any program where applicable, until payments are again current.

Recordings and Future Use: Live Sessions with Leah Murphy and other team members take place on Zoom. While using the platform the user must comply with Zoom policies. Leah Murphy records and stores all live sessions. By attending the live sessions, you agree for your voice and video to be recorded and stored by Leah Murphy. You also agree to have the recording published and promoted in our private social media groups to course members. Leah Murphy will not share this material with third parties. Leah Murphy will ask for your consent before sharing any recording outside of the course members’ community.

Indemnification: You agree at all times to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Leah Piera Murphy its affiliates, their successors, transferees, assignees and licensees and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, agents, associates, officers, directors, shareholders and employees of each from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, representation or covenant set forth herein.

Assignment: Leah Piera Murphy is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of US, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Leah Piera Murphy and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Company with respect to the Website.
